Patrick O’Brien first moved to the Daytona Beach area when he was 18 to pursue his professional
baseball dream. He attended Daytona State as well as Eckerd College during this time. However, real
estate was not unknown to him, he grew up watching his father excel at the real estate business, so
when baseball didn’t work out, he wanted to carry on this legacy through his own business. Patrick
obtained his real estate license in May of 2015 and quickly realized he wanted to reach for the top in his
business potential. So, in July of 2017, O’Brien Real Estate came to fruition, and Patrick, as well as his
colleagues and partners, have only continued an upward path since!
Tucked in the charming streets of downtown Daytona Beach is the headquarters for O’Brien real estate,
located right on Beach Street. One office was not enough to meet Patrick’s goals, so he branched out
towards the south and opened up shop in Vero Beach. The expansion did not stop there; a new office
has recently opened right down the road, a hop and a skip away in Port Orange. This office is located in
the Spruce Creek Fly-in and will continue reaching new heights with more families. Patrick has his eye on
the greater Orlando area and South Florida for additional branches, so keep an eye out for news.
